FIM knows your site. Not the internet.
Generic chatbots pull from the whole web, so they guess, drift, and make things up. FIM learns only your pages, then answers from them, with the source to prove it.
First Impression Manager is an AI chat widget that reads your website and answers your visitors from it. It crawls every page you publish, keeps the text as searchable chunks, and replies with a link to the page the answer came from. When something is not on your site, it says so instead of guessing.
It only answers from what is really there.
Most chatbots improvise. FIM answers from the page it learned from and links to it, so if it says “€189k, sea view”, your visitor can open the listing that came from.
Yes, a 62 m² flat in Dobrota, €189k, sea view.
- 487 pages read
- 8.4k chunks indexed
- nothing to upload
Shows its source
“€189k, sea view” comes with /listings/dobrota-62m2 attached, so your visitor can open the page and check.
Won't guess
When the answer is not on your site it says so and offers to take a message, instead of inventing a number.
Stays current
It re-reads your site on a schedule you pick, and you can hit re-crawl yourself the moment something changes.
It answers the door. You keep working.
FIM greets every visitor, qualifies them in the conversation, and forwards the ones who are serious, while you are elsewhere. It opens in one of 23 languages and then replies in whichever one your visitor writes in.
Three steps. Zero meetings.
No discovery call to read your homepage. Paste one line, grab a coffee, you are live.

The questions buyers actually ask.
Collected from real evaluations, answered straight — including the ones where the honest answer is a boundary, not a feature.
Where do the answers come from?
From your website and nothing else. FIM crawls the pages you publish, keeps them as searchable text, and answers with a link to the page the answer came from. It re-reads your site on a schedule you pick, and when a visitor pastes a link to one of your pages, FIM reads that page live.
How does FIM avoid making things up?
It answers from what it found on your site and attaches the source page, so every answer can be checked. When something is not on your site, it says so instead of guessing, and offers to take a message so a human can follow up.
Which AI model does it run on?
Answers are generated by Anthropic's Claude (current generation); the search over your pages uses OpenAI embeddings. We manage and upgrade the models as providers release them — nothing to configure on your side.
Will it work on my website? Ours is old.
If your site serves pages, FIM works on it. Installation is one script tag anywhere in your HTML — no plugin, no CMS requirement, no theme changes. The widget mounts in a shadow root, so it cannot break your styles or pick any up, however old the site underneath is.
Where is my data stored, and what about GDPR?
Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt), and the application that serves it runs in the EU too. Generating an answer additionally calls Anthropic and OpenAI, who process in the US under their data-processing terms; a data processing agreement (DPA) with us, listing every sub-processor, is available on request.
Is my visitors' conversation data used to train AI models?
No. Conversations run through commercial APIs whose terms exclude using API data for model training, and we do not train models on your data either. Your conversations exist to answer your visitors and hand you the leads — nothing else.
Can FIM send leads to my CRM or inbox?
Both — and a spreadsheet too. Every qualified lead lands in your email inbox the moment it is warm, with the full conversation and a score attached; the admin panel exports the whole list to CSV for Excel in one click. CRM delivery works through connectors — Bitrix24 today, further systems added on demand.
How quickly does it pick up changes on my site?
Your site is re-read automatically every day, and you can trigger a re-read from the panel whenever you publish something important. When a visitor pastes a link to one of your pages, FIM reads that page live at that moment — so price or availability questions about a specific page are answered from its current state.
Can I control which parts of my site it uses as a source?
Yes. You can exclude sections of your site (an archive, a blog, a legacy language version) and the assistant will neither read nor cite them. Tell us which paths to exclude and we configure it on your account.
Can it know things that are not on my website?
Yes. Send us a document with the questions and answers your team gets asked — buying guides, procedures, policies that do not belong on the public site — and we add it to your assistant’s knowledge base. It uses that content in answers without inventing a public link for it, and you can update the document whenever it changes.
Can I set rules for how it behaves with buyers?
Yes. Account-level rules cover things like never negotiating prices, never promising discounts, never confirming availability that is not published, and routing defined topics straight to your sales team. By default the assistant already claims nothing that is not on your site — and we verify configured rules with automated tests before they go live.
How is FIM different from live chat (tawk.to, Tidio)?
Live chat connects your visitor to a person on your team, so it works while someone is at the desk. FIM is an AI agent with no operator: it reads your website, answers around the clock from what is actually published there, links each answer to its source page, and emails you the qualified leads. If a staffed desk is part of your offer, the two can run side by side.
Can a human take over the conversation?
FIM is built for the hours when nobody is at the desk, so there is no live-agent takeover. When a visitor needs a person — or the answer is not on your site — it collects the question and contact details and forwards the whole thread, so a human continues by email or phone.
What happens when traffic spikes? Are there limits?
There is no message counter and no per-chat billing. You set a monthly spend cap and nothing runs past it, so a busy week can never surprise you on the invoice.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
One plan with everything in it: $49 a month, billed monthly — support included, no setup fee required. You start with a 14-day free trial without a card, and you can cancel any time; there is no minimum term. Optional white-glove configuration (source scoping, off-site knowledge, custom behavior rules) is quoted separately when you want it.

Never miss another visitor.
Someone lands on your site tonight, asks a real question, and gets a real answer, with the page to prove it.
